Drs. Andre and Pam Golliday were called into ministry to Pastor in September 1999. After which they received ordination and founded  an independent church. For fifteen years this church serviced the needs of the Benton Harbor and Southwest Michigan area through outreaches, youth ministries, Christian education, feeding programs, and conferences to help further the Kingdom of God.

In 2012 Dr. Andre received a word from the Lord that their assignment in Michigan was over. The Lord then led them to start World Embassy International Christian Center in central Florida. The grand opening service for WEICC was held in August 2013. The Doctors are very enthusiastic about what God is going to do through them and the WEICC church family in the central Florida area.
